FAQ

Questions about the Paris City Pass

Quick answers about the City Pass, with everything else on the FAQ page.

Is the Museum Pass included? +

No. The City Pass includes the Louvre, Versailles, Sainte-Chapelle and Arc de Triomphe as separate tickets, not as a Paris Museum Pass. So venues that are only accessible via the Museum Pass, such as the Musée d'Orsay, aren't included.

Is the Eiffel Tower included? +

Yes. Access to the 2nd floor, with a guided visit and lift access, is fully included in the pass at no extra cost. You still need to reserve a time slot in advance, though.

How do I get the pass? +

Digitally, by email as a PDF or QR code, straight after purchase. It's valid for consecutive calendar days from first use.
